The MCHBS meeting invitation will be sent by email to all registered participants before the event date.
If a confirmed speaker has an unexpected inconvenience and cannot participate, or needs last-minute changes, she/he is kindly requested to send an email to the organizers at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Oral presentations will be assigned 20 minutes (15 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion). It is important that each presentation fits into the time allowed.
A chairman will moderate each session
Attendees of the oral session (except for the speaker and the chairman) will have their microphone muted. At the end of each presentation, participants will be able to ask questions by raising the hand (by clicking the Hand icon in the lower primary toolbar) and will be allowed to intervene by the chairman.
For organizational reasons, poster authors are requested to send a pdf version of the poster to the email address email@example.com September 25.
Poster sessions will be dedicated self-managed spaces where the authors show their posters (in landscape, full-screen, static mode, see some examples at the links Example1, Example2, Example3) at a fixed time for the duration of 1 hour.
Each poster must be kept on display for the entire duration of the session.
The room and the time of each poster session are indicated in the program and accessible through a link on the GoToMeeting platform.
Any participant interested in a session can access the poster room, ask questions, or make comments to the authors only during the dedicated session.

The presentation style is completely free (no templates are provided).
As a suggestion, please note that a 4:3 aspect ratio of your slides/posters might be well associated with a 16:9 aspect ratio for your video, so that there will be enough room for your thumbnail at the side of slides/posters.
